THE WINE IS THE RESULT OF A COMBINATION OF TWO NOBLE VARIETIES, SYRAH AND VIOGNIER, THE WAY PEOPLE DO IT IN THE DISTRICT OF NORTH RHONE IN FRANCE. IT IS PRODUCED BY PEOPLE WHO SHARE THEIR EAGERNESS AND A VISION TO CREATE A 'GREAT' WINE FROM EUBOEA. AGIOS (HOLY) IS THE TIME THAT HELPS FINE WINE DEVELOP AND BECOME GREAT, AS HOLY WAS THE TIME THAT HAS TAUGHT US HOW TO MAKE WINE.

Vinification
Co-vinification of the two varieties and long lasting skin contact. Maturation in french oak for 12 months
Tasting notes
Dark ruby colour, nose of intense complex bouquet, aroma of violet, liquorice and red fruit. Spicy rich palate, delicate fine grained velvet tannins, slightly high acidity. High flavour intensity of apricots, nicely mixing with sweet red fruit, spicies and long finish.
Aging
10 years.
Unfiltered wine. Any amount of sediment in the bottle is quite normal.
It is recommended to be decanted 30 minutes before consumed.
