A reimagined Greek classic! The Retsina Malama by Malamatina Winery, crafted in Asopia Tanagras, is a dry white wine with a truly distinct personality, thanks to the carefully balanced addition of pine resin during fermentation.
Made from 100% Roditis grapes, it displays a bright lemon-yellow hue and an aromatic bouquet featuring resin, eucalyptus, and mint. On the palate, expect a crisp, lemony freshness and herbal undertones leading to a long, resinous finish.
Perfect as an aperitif or alongside mezze, grilled fish, or summery dishes. Best served chilled, between 7–10°C, no decanting required.
