Masticha Skinos is the purest expression of the Greek terroir of the island of Chios.
In ancient times, the Greeks produced this liqueur, whose digestive and curative virtues were praised by Hypocrates himself.
It is produced from the sap of the Masticha tree. Harvesting is still done by hand, in villages grouped together under an appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) .
Only the highest quality sap is used in the maceration and distillation of Skinos.
