An impressive wine with a deep orange color and copper reflections testifying to its five-year maturation in oak barrels.
Its aromas of honey, caramel, confectionery, cherries bathed in alcohol, dried fruits, on a background of cocoa and chocolate make up a particularly complex and dense profile built on several layers.
On the palate, the wonderful balance of Samos Anthemis succeeds in preserving almost intact the primary freshness and the noble aromas of Muscat; the tertiary aromas of maturation combine in a unique way with those of dried fruits, tobacco and chocolate, resulting in a truly unique wine.
It ideally accompanies high pastry creations with a strong smoothness and aromatic complexity and also syrupy desserts, strong matured cheeses, pies and desserts with dried fruits, fruit pies, foie gras with quince or fig and homemade ice cream.
It can also be savored as such, at the end of a meal, with a light cigar.
To be served at a temperature of 12-14ο C.
