Assyrtiko 2023 - Vourvoukeli Estate - 0,75L

The Assyrtiko 2023 from Vourvoukeli Estate is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, a signature grape variety from the Avdira region in Thrace. It is aged in stainless steel tanks with lees aging and regular stirring for several months, adding richness and complexity.

The wine shows a bright golden yellow color with a very clean nose featuring fresh lemongrass and citrus aromas. On the palate, it is dry with lively acidity, a slight chalky texture, and earthy notes.

Serve chilled at 8-10°C. Ideal with mezze, white meat, fruit salads, seafood, seafood pasta, and mushroom risotto. Ready to drink from 2024 and can be kept until 2027.
