This natural dessert wine is protected by the P.D.O. Santorini and crafted from 85% Assyrtiko and 15% Aidani grapes, sun-dried with traditional methods. Aged 3 years in oak barrels and matured in bottle, it offers unmatched complexity and elegance.

Its deep red-orange hue with dark reflections introduces an aromatic bouquet of sweet spices (cinnamon, clove), dried fruits (apricots, raisins), with hints of honey and lemon zest. On the palate, it’s smooth yet vibrant, with a balance of sweet richness and lively acidity, reflecting the volcanic soul of Santorini.
