Spondée 2022 - Semeli Estate - 0,75 L

An exceptional dry red wine, a refined blend of Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon from select vineyards of Semeli Estate. The Spondée 2022 has aged for 12 months in the winery’s cool cellar, showcasing the elegance and complexity of its varietals.

On the nose, the bouquet is elegant and perfectly balanced, with each grape expressing its character without overshadowing the others. On the palate, it is generous and spicy, with round, soft tannins harmonized by the alcohol, offering a full and velvety mouthfeel.

Ideal with classic or traditional Greek dishes such as braised meat in tomato sauce, moussaka, or pastitsio, as well as creative Greek and Italian cuisine. Best served at 16°C in a large wine glass and decanted to fully release its aromatic potential.
