Aged for 4 months, it develops a firm yet creamy texture and a rich, subtly fruity flavor with delicate hints of toasted nuts. Jersey cow’s milk, naturally high in fat (5 %) and protein (3.85 %), gives the cheese unmatched creaminess and depth of flavor.
