Aetheria 2025 - Semeli Estate - 0,75 L

A refined dry white wine from the high-altitude vineyards of Aegialia, at 900 meters above sea level. Aetheria beautifully blends the elegance of Chardonnay with the aromatic intensity of Malagousia, one of Greece’s most expressive grape varieties.

It displays a bright straw color with greenish hues. The nose is intense, offering aromas of green apple, ripe pear, bell pepper, and fresh herbs. On the palate, it is full and well-balanced, with crisp acidity and a subtle roundness characteristic of Chardonnay. The finish is rich and slightly spicy, with notes of green fruit and lemongrass.

Perfectly paired with sashimi, sushi, seafood, fish carpaccio, grilled poultry, and herb-infused dishes. Best served at 10–12°C for optimal enjoyment.
